It started and ended very quickly. I took a photography course my junior year at North Gwinnett High school. 2 weeks later I was kicked out, and thats what I thought would the end of my interest of photography. Anyhow, many years later I found myself embarking on my first tour out of the country to Europe with my band ,Most Precious Blood, and for the trip, my mother bought me my first digital camera.I wanted to document every part of the journey(little did i know that i would tour europe a total of five times in the coming years).
Its been almost 6 years since that tour. I have traveled all over the US more times than I can remember.I've been overseas to Brazil, New Zealand, South Africa, Australia, and all over Europe. Now I've dropped anchor after living in Brooklyn NY and doing the band full time, I bought a house with my lovely lady(and amazing tattooer) Danielle.We have two midget vegan pitbull puppies named Trainwreck and Justice. We just bought a beautiful home in East Atlanta Georgia. Life is really looking good these days.
I created this blog to show the kind of Photography that I have been doing recently, and also to have a platform to show what is going on in my life. i did some photos for local comedy dude connor barrett. we got busy shooting in cabbagetown and put some of my new lenses to work. always a relief when someone wants head shots but not the typical stuff and connor was rad enough to do all the stupid shit i asked him to do. check your local comedy clubs and see when he is playing for christ’s sake!
so last night we realized that we had never taken photos for the upcoming only you you tattoo website that will be right HERE. so we headed out across the street from the shop and had some fun as the sun was setting. soon after we took the party inside the shop and busted out the grey seamless backdrop and got wacky. the website should be live soon so check it out and look for some more images from this shoot!
here is another shoot from the project im working on with danielle over at ONLY YOU TATTOO. this is our friend tiffany with the damn cutest half sleeve i think ive ever seen. sadly she is moving to florida very soon, so we wont see her as much,(and danielle wont be getting her hair did by her as often!), but tiffany promises to come back and visit often, as she just booked her first appointment for her other arm which is going to be another half sleeve based on the CANDYLAND game. holy crap….amazing!
