sometimes its nice to get away from the computer and go outside to enjoy what mother nature has cooked up for us. ive always heard stories about the rad vegan food that asheville NC has to offer and with our pal from LA in town, we packed up the car, picked up my brother and made a trip to see the wonderful fall colors, eat awesome food, and hang out in a log cabin. i also figured it would be a good idea to bring my camera….and i was right!
